My friend, Willem "Wonka" Milo, is a lieutenant firefighter at CEBAR fire department in Austin,TX. On Sept. 26th, 2009, Wonka participated in the annual Cross Fit competition here in Austin, TX. The event raised over 1 Million Dollars (nation wide) towards the "Wounded Warrior Project" and "Athletes for a Cure for Prostate Cancer". Watch as he competes with his peers in a grueling match up of strength, stamina, and speed.
